Phase I, which offered 8 linked villas overlooking the second fairway and the Atlantic, each with their own private pool, were all sold within hours of their release in early 2007, and will be ready for occupation in Nov 2008.

Phase II of Vila do Golfe consists of 10 three and four-bedroom detached and linked homes, each with a private heated pool and garage, overlooking the 5th hole of the award-winning championship golf course. Prices start from Euros 522,500.
