Why? Because new planning regulations now prohibit any development within 500m of the coastline, so these beach homes are the last of their kind and have great rarity value.

The Beach Residences are built over three floors and their sitting rooms and terraces face the ocean. The apartments also have exclusive use of a secure communal pool with gated access and their kitchen and sitting rooms have an open plan design to maximize the abundant natural sunlight.

One level below the apartments lies the Village Square, the social hub of the Praia D’El Rey Golf & Beach Resort, where indoor and outdoor summer bars, a cervejaria (Portuguese-style bar-restaurant) and a pastelaria (coffee shop), shops, fountains and palm trees will draw visitors from all over the resort.
