Currently, the golf membership is only available to Praia D’ El Rey property owners who have been issued with a valid Praia D’El Rey Benefit’s Card by Béltico SA, also required is valid proof of permanent residence outside the Republic of Portugal.

There are two types of individual Membership namely:

            1.    Membership for owners residing in Portugal and,
            2.    Membership for owners residing Overseas.
 

Membership title holder is free for owners of a property at Praia D’El Rey, if the property was bought through Beltico’s Real Estate Sales office; otherwise, the cost is €20,000.

The yearly rates as follow:

Membership for owners residing in Portugal: for the membership title-holder the annual subscription is €1450, whilst a member’s spouse will be charged €720 and the member’s children, if under 18, €375.
Membership for owners residing Overseas: for the membership title-holder the annual subscription is €1075, whilst a member’s spouse will be charged €565 and the member’s children, if under 18, €325.

Of course, any members will be exempt from green fees.

Besides playing on one of the best courses in Europe, there are a number of reasons of becoming a member at Praia D’El Rey:

• Discounted green-fees at various Portuguese clubs
• 10% discount on full sales price on new items at the Pro Shop
• 10% off the menu price at the Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant and 10% off the menu price at the bars and restaurants at the resort’s Marriott Hotel
• Members are also entitled to discounts on buggy, trolley and range ball hire and your guests will benefit from a discounted green-fee.
• Lessons with both resident PGA professionals.

As a member you will also have access to the various tournaments held at Praia D’ El Rey, as well as inclusion in the club’s order of merit and the possibility of representing the club at National and International Interclub events.

Please note that entrance-fees and annual subscription fees are reviewed annually.

As a golf member, you’re guests are entitled to a special green-free rates, follow:

Weekdays- 18 holes: €65

Weekends – 18 holes €75
